The mosque is located at Mazlum street in Jeddah. Built by Mustafa Al-Mi'mar Pasha- Wali Jeddah.

It was founded in 1092 A.H./ 1681 A.D. The plan is rectangular in shape 25x 17.75 m overlooking an open courtyard. The praying hall is divided to four riwaqs through a raised arches resting on pillars squared and rectangular.
