Atturaif area historic Addir’iyya
Addir'iyya Historical District consists of a sensitive complex of historic towns on the outskirts of Riyadh that suffer from deterioration of physical condition. CIAH was entrusted by Arriyadh Development Authority (ADA) to prepare the restoration project and specifications for earthen Architecture of Atturaif District ( 10 Hectares).
A master plan is prepared to deal with both urban planning and tourist activity issues, as well as to present a plan for the development of tourism related to the heritage area.
The 1 st phase includes the rehabilitation & preservation of the following sites:
1- Sa'ad Palace. 2- Sa'd Mosque. 3- Naser Palace. 4- Atturaif Bath & Guest House. 5- Omar Palace.
6- Buraika Mosque. 7- Moudhi Mosque & Subala.
The 2 nd phase includes:
1- Thunayyan Palace. 2- Treasury House. 3- Atturaif Mosque. 4-Subalat & Mosque Moudhi.
5- Cluster seven, ten and eleven.
