·        UNESCO Mission, Evaluation Report on the condition of the buildings and historic areas in Moldova, September 2005.

·        UNESCO Meeting , First session of the International Committee of experts on the rehabilitation and Safeguarding of Cultural Heritage in KOSOVO, December 2005.

·        International Seminar on the conservation, rehabilitation and revitalization of the Old city of Tripoli; Prof. Lamei presented a report on regulations and management plan for the Old City.

·        The Seminar was organized by the Libyan national commission with the collaboration with UNESCO - WHC. The conservation of historical monuments of interesting parts of the traditional urban fabric is to be linked to rehabilitation, re-use and renewal projects. 24-27 February 2006

·        Participation in two missions to UNESCO- Amman. The goal of the two missions was to evaluate the state of Imam ´Ali al-Hadi and Hasan al-´Askari Shrine in Samarra' , Iraq . Amman, 14-16 March, 2006

·        UNESCO Meeting , attending First Meeting of the Committee of Experts on the Old City of Jerusalem, UNESCO Headquarters ,Paris from 26-27 January 2006.

·        UNESCO Meeting, Second Experts Meeting Committee on the Safeguarding of the Cultural Heritage of the OLD City of Jerusalem, Jerusalem from 5-9 September 2006.
